Accommodation Prices are per Night for 2 People

For each extra person there is a charge of €5 per night.

Prices include:

  • Bedlinen and towels
  • Final cleaning
  • Tourist tax (including free use of local buses and trains)
  • Bread rolls, spread, jam, muesli, fruit juice and milk for breakfast on the 1st morning of your stay (additional supplies of these plus yoghurts, ham and cheese, cereals, fresh fruit are available to buy at any hour from our self-service guest shop). All products are organic where possible.
  • Essential starter supplies: coffee, English tea, sugar, olive oil and wine vinegar, salt/pepper/herbs/spices, flour, stock cubes, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, aluminium foil and cling film, kitchen towel, rubbish bags, toilet rolls, Duchy liquid soap & shower gel. (Bathrobes, slippers and swimming/sauna towels are also available free of charge)
  • Use of WiFi or internet PC and printer
  • Free use of all facilities except: mountain bikes, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer, for which a small charge is made. Also available to buy are: frozen ready home cooked meals, pizzas, ice creams, wines, beers and soft drinks, pasta and sauces, chocolate, toiletries and more.. Fresh, home made bread is available to order.
  • Vouchers for local restaurants and discount vouchers for boat trips on the Danube.
  • Free bus and train travel within the Bavarian Forest

For bookings of 3 nights or less, there is a €45 per apartment linen/cleaning charge.

Folding bed: €10 per bed per night (not possible in Haus Sterr Arber, Haus Martin Wald and Haus Martin Vogel)

Loyalty discount for past guests: 10% off 2nd and subsequent bookings (min. 4 nights)

Half board option:

  • Self catered breakfast from our shop at cost or breakfast buffet at the cafe in Waldschmidtstrasse at €8 per person - must be booked in advance.
  • 3 course dinner in top local restaurant €15 per person per day (excluding drinks). (Minimum 3 days).
